Welfare regulations

生活福利 (Living Welfare)

1.公司免费提供自助餐厅

2. 住:4-6 人一间部门指定,拥有WIFI ,游泳池 ,健身房

3. 入职次月开始,每月可享500p生活用品 + 500p 充值卡 + 聚餐 ,工资中一起发放。

4. 转正后员工,如不住员工宿舍可申请外宿(除了:财务,客服,电维部门),享有住房补贴最低7000P(随市场房价整)

5. 每月不定时发放新鲜水果


1. Company provides cafeteria for all employee

2. Accommodation: 4-6 people in one room Depends of departments, with WIFI, swimming pool, gym...

3. Start from the second month of employment, company add benefit of 500p for daily necessities + 500p of recharge card + dinner every month, which will be paid together with the salary 

4. After pass the probation, employee can request for stay out (except: financial, Customer service, Tele cs department),  company will provide subsidy minimum of 7000P/month not included  Electric, water, wifi, transportation, and security deposit bill (adjusted with the market price)

5. Distributing fresh fruit at an indeterminate time.

II. 二、 带薪年假 (Paid annual leave)

1、工作满半年,可享有15天带薪年假,公司报销往返机票。如果无休年假 可领取8000rmb在第12个月. 员工如离职无需赔付。

1. Working for half year, you can enjoy 15 days of paid annual leave, and the company will reimburse round-trip air tickets maximum of 25000php. If annual leave is not taken, employee should received benefit of 8000rmb, claim benefit after 12month working. No compesation of annual leave benefit if resign after 1 year.

该项补助的发放,分为两种情况:

1、工作满一年离职,该项补助于工资中照常结算。

2、工作满一年不离职续签合同,需带薪休假15天再回到工作岗位的,该员工回到工作岗位后于工资中一起发放。


There are two types of grants:

1. Resign after 1 year, benefit of annual leave will be settled in the salary.

2. Renew contract after working 1 year and taking annual leave for 15days, annual leave and salary will be paid after return to work.

III. 病假管理 (Sick Leave Management)

1. During employment period employee is sick, Company will arrange for medical treatment, and company will be responsible for the expenses except  (Serious illness before employment such a diabetic, cancer, organ problem, etc).

2. During the sick leave period, and return to work within two days. Will deducted from monthly rest day. (Example: A take a sick leave and return to work after 2 day rest, if employee havent taking any rest day of the month. It will be considered as taken.

IV. 奖金  (Bonus)

1. 13th salary (Received benefit after 12 month working), benefit will be paid at 13th month salary.

2. Birthday rewards 7000P, Mid-Autumn Festival 5000P, Spring Festival red envelopes 10000P, etc. (Birthday gift and new year benefit will count in compesation incase resign within 3months after receive benefit.)

3. Loyalty rewards: After working for 36 months, Enjoy additional loyalty reward of 30,000-60,000RMB, and after working for 72 months, you can enjoy 50,000-150,000 RMB. Such awards and year-end bonuses

V. 退款 (REFUND)

1. One month of employment, the visa and air ticket costs can be reimbursed. Resign within 6months will be count on compesation. (Payment slip required)

2. Employee needs to provide a medical report before empolyment, and Medical examination fee can be reimbursed up to RMB 500.

VI 性能规定 PERFORMANCE REGULATIONS

The performance of participating in the evaluation is a comprehensive evaluation, and the following basic conditions need to be met at the same time (one does not meet the monthly performance of zero)

1. Absolutely obey the supervisor arrangement and regulation.

2. Full attendance of the month (except for two days of monthly restday).

3. No major errors occurred in the work.

4. Treat work seriously, well cooperation with colleagues, and respect to each other.

5. Not allowed leave without permission.

6. The website must have relevant search engine rankings (White hat SEO).

7. Participate in the assessment according to the completion of tasks in the current month.

VIII. 劳工签证规定  (Worker visa regulations)

1. Working in the Philippines, a work permit is the greatest security guarantee. Apply for a legal and formal work permit to ensure the legal safety of employees during their work in the Philippines.

2. During the probationary period, the company will apply for Tourist visa  and PWP temporary work permit for employees (valid for three months)

3. After pass the probation, company will processing for a  9G work permit for the employee (valid for two years)


IX. 付款方式 PAYMENT MODE

1. Company will deduct deposit in the second month after employment.

2. Monthly deposit is 2,500RMB, and deduction is 4 month, total of 10,000 RMB.

3. Deposit shall return after 12 month working, divided by 2 months 5000every month. Resign within 12months, deposit will fully returned.

4. Resign within 12month and not applied for 9G visa, deposit shall fully returned, and if applied for visa will be deducted from deposit.

X. 签证延期规定 REGULATIONS FOR EXTENSION OF VISA

1. Company can provide for airline tickets before departure, but incase the employee skip the flight or deciding not to take the flight, employee shall cover all the lost and responsibilities.

2. During the probationary period, Company will extend tourist visa, tax, PWP, etc.

3. After pass the probation, Company will process 9G visa for employees, valid for 2 years.


XI. 劳动合同 LABOR CONTRACT

1、员工试用期结束,转正后签订劳动合同。

2、劳动合同,一次签一年,从入职时间开始计算。

1. After the employee's probationary period is over, a regular employee regular contract will be given to sign.

2. Labor contract is valid for 1 year, calculate start from employment date.

XII. 推荐公司规定  RECOMMENDATION COMPANY PROVISIONS:

Compensation Rules:

-- Telemarketing, Marketing, Tele CS, Customer service, Financial department: Company can cover max of 40k php compesation from previous company, Which company shoulder for 50.000P(Compesation free in 6month working), and the rest amount will be deducted from the basic salary for 3 months, according to the proportion (30%--30% --40%)

-- Team leader, Supervisor, and Special position: Company can cover max of 200k php compesation from previous company, Which company shoulder for 100k Php (Compesation free in 6month working), and the deduction will be deducted from the basic salary for 3 months, according to the proportion (30%--30%--40 %)


XIII. 竞争成本 COST OF COMPETITATION 

1. Resign within 1 month, 10days of training period will not count to salary, Compesation will start count from the 11th day till day of resignation based on monthly salary, and other expenses such a meal expenses, daily necesseties, etc. Which is 400P per day.

赔付规定
Compensation Policy:

1、工作满一个月,免赔食宿、
1. Working full of 1month, Compesation free for dormitory and daily necesseties expenses.

 

2、床上用品、生活用品, 3 个月 免赔

2. Working full of 1month, Compesation free for Food expenses.

 

3、中介费:工作满三个月免赔50%,工作满半年免赔100%

3. Agency fee: Deduct 50% within 3months working, Compesation free after 6month working.

49A延签:工作三个月免赔。

4. 9A extension: Compesation free after 3month working.

5PWP:工作满半年免赔。

5. PWP:  Compesation free after 6month working.

69G、十三薪:入职开始计算,工作满15个月免赔,如在期限内离职需赔付。

6. 9G, 13th salary: The calculation starts from the entry, and the compensation is deductible after 15 months of work. If you leave the company within the time limit, you need to pay compensation.

7、节日红包、春节红包等:从领取日开始算,满三个月免赔。

8、生日红包:试用期内离职需赔付

1. 当月工作不满一个月赔付18000P ( 9G税费 ) 按照大楼实际规定 。
