Basic Salary
- No experience (or experience less than 2 years):
Training period: 6000RMB, Regular7000RMB. - Experienced (more than 2.5 years in sports):
Training period: 7000RMB, Regular8000RMB - Performance : 500P-10000P
Work responsibility
• Answer customers questions online and explain patiently
• Do the best in the assignment
• Recording opinions of the customers and improving platform problems
• Work as execution ability, strict accordance company policy
Required:
• Male-Female, ages: 21-35
• Typing speed reached 45 words per mintute
• The gentle attitude , and has the patience to explain and reply to customers.
• Priority for whom has customer service experience
• Working hours: 12 hours, 2 days off per month
